Honorary angle of the old fighters
The honor angle of the old fighters were donated by Adolf Hitler in February 1934 as a party award for members of the so-called "Nazi-fighting organizations" (SS, SA, etc.). From 1942, this honor angles were also introduced in all police stations or the main office, the fire department and the technical emergency.
During the Second World War, the elaborate aluminum and gold embroidery was replaced by simpler cotton braid in silver gray and dark yellow with black stripe separation. The original version was used from that time only in the location service, or the various parade uniforms.
