This film is a harrowing document of human cruelty. He points out that during World War II war crimes on all warring parties took place - and not a specialty of a single nation were. It gives an insight into some of the countless war crimes that were committed on the Allied side. The documentation of the 1983 is the only contribution that the German television broadcast ever on the subject.
