Sunday 22th, June 1941, 3:15 clock. From Finland to the Black Sea illuminates a massive barrage darkness. More than three million soldiers - support of 3500 tanks and 2700 aircraft - are advancing into Soviet territory. At exactly three years after the start of the Russian campaign begins the long-awaited Russian offensive in the area of Army Group Center. In heavy defensive battles, the Wehrmacht fought bitterly against the more massive advancing Red Army, which was four months later reach East Prussia.
