Production of the King Tiger began in 1944 as World War II was coming to an end. Equipped with a standard "Henschel" turret with an 88 mm cannon and thick armor, the King Tiger was a feared tank for the Allied forces. The exactly reproduced kit on a scale of 1:16 shows all the details perfectly and is fully functional. Thanks to two motors, the tank can turn on the spot and the turret rotation and the orientation of the gun barrel can also be controlled remotely. The engine noise was recorded on the world's only functional King Tiger in the tank museum in Saumur, France. This is equipped with a powerful Maybach V-12 700 hp engine.
